In this session, we will discuss EU General Court’s Judgment in Joined Cases T-70/23, T-84/23 and T-111/23 (Irish Data Protection Commission v EDPB) on the competences of the EDPB under Article 65(1)(a) GDPR.

The case will be introduced by Dr. Kristina Irion (Associate Professor at the Institute for Information Law (IViR) at the University of Amsterdam).
